Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. The service
Crimson is a browser-based tool for tracking hardware end-of-support dates. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Your data, your device
All fleet data is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example via the Export CSV feature). Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your fleet, and we cannot recover it.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. End-of-support dates, statuses, and cost figures are calculated from data you enter; verify lifecycle dates with your hardware manufacturer before making purchasing or security decisions.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crimson and ObsidianAsh are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on the information it displays.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or misuse the service or its hosting infrastructure.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
